LAKE CHABOT POTLUCK COOKOUT
We've reserved the COVE picnic area at Lake Chabot Regional Park for Sunday, May 17 (see map []). There is free parking all along Lake Chabot Road before you enter the park, and parking close to the site within the park for $5 per car. You'll see the COVE site on your right as you walk from the parking lot towards the Marina & Cafe. The site holds up to 200 people, with plenty of barbecues & picnic tables, adjacent to a grassy area. You can also rent boats (including canoes, kayaks, & paddle boats) or even go fishing and then grill up your catch! Horseshoes & volleyball across the way.
